Pet Loss Support Facebook Moderator Volunteer (Facebook Moderator Volunteer)

Our Pet Loss Service (PLS) helps people through difficult times dealing with the loss of a pet, whether as a result of death, illness, enforced separation or any other form of loss. Our home-based Service provides email, telephone and webchat emotional support and practical information to help pet owners with feelings of grief and loss.

We also launched a private support Facebook Group for people who are struggling with pet loss. We’re proud to have created a space where our members feel safe, listened to and not alone, where they can share their pet loss stories, advice and experiences in the hope that it helps in some way. Due to the fast-growing nature of the group, we need volunteers to help us manage it so we can continue to try and support as many people as possible.

This role requires the completion of short online training course.
