BIG HELP OUT: Pet Food Bank Hero (Lichfield)

What would you do if you couldn’t feed the ones you love? This is the heart-breaking reality for thousands of people across the UK struggling to feed their beloved pets. It shouldn’t be this way. At Blue Cross we have a network of pet food banks collecting pet food, bedding and treats to ensure no pet goes hungry and can stay where they belong – with the people that love them. As part of Big Help Out for the King’s Coronation we’re asking people to reach out to their families, friends, and neighbours to collect vital donations for our Pet Food Banks. We can accept donations of unopened wet and dry cat and dog food, cat litter, small animal food and bedding, and of course treats are always welcome too. A few moments of your time can make a huge difference to pets in need. If you’re interested signing up is quick and simple. Then all you need to do is contact your local site and arrange to drop off your donations between 9th and 28th May.
